    To request a return:

    Return the item as instructed.

    Step 4

    After the returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, begin the refund process.

  • Refunds

    Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

    The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • Exchanges

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement where available.
    If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

  • Return Shipping

    If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied by Qatar Vault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Order Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
    If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
